Tool One: Multi-Stakeholder Engagement (GSTC A2/B2)

We built a framework for the DMO and private businesses to work together. This maximizes local economic benefit.

Tool Two: Enterprise Support (GSTC B1/B2)

We made an inventory of services. Free services and paid services. All designed to help local businesses grow.

Tool Three: Quality Assurance (GSTC A4/A9)

We wrote internal rules for all member hotels and guesthouses. A code of conduct for sustainability.

Tool Four: Destination Strategy (GSTC A3)

We identified paths for growth that avoid negative impacts. Our strategy is holistic. It helps the whole destination.

Tool Five: DMO Governance (GSTC A1)

We wrote formal recommendations for how the DMO should operate. Plus monitoring protocols. This makes the organization stronger.

Tool Six: Visitor Safety & Transport (GSTC A4/A11)

We made brand guidelines and safety rules for transport operators. This regulates quality and safety for visitors.

Tool Seven: Sustainable Event Management (GSTC A3/C4)

We wrote compliance rules for all community events on the tourism calendar. Every event must meet sustainability standards.

Tool Eight: Intangible Heritage – Lukvarame Festival (GSTC C4)

We created preservation rules for living heritage. We used the local festival Lukvarame as our first model.

Tool Nine: International Standards Training (GSTC A3/B4)

We prepared training materials for accommodation providers. We explained global standards. We gave practical recommendations.

Tool Ten: Value Chain Connection

We believe in mutual cooperation. One region helps another. When needs are properly identified, they create a strong, interconnected value chain.

Tool Eleven: Continuous Improvement

Everything we do is monitored. We learn. We adapt. We get better.

Let’s shape the future of Net Positive Tourism.
