Ecotourism Asset Deployment in Chibati Village
About the project
Local action.
Lasting value.
Following the procurement of clean-energy boats and kayaks to pioneer sustainable river tourism, our work in Chibati Village focused on building a resilient operational framework to balance commercial viability with strict ecosystem protection.
Location: Lanchkhuti & Chibati Village (A lowland and coastal area in Georgia's Guria region)
The Eight Technical Components in Action
Every component below is fully active in Chibati Village today.
Component One: Visitor Flow & Carrying Capacity (GSTC A4/D1)
We established physical and ecological limits to protect sensitive riverbanks and local animal habitats.
Component Two: Quality Assurance (GSTC A4/A9)
We implemented rigorous checklists for service, equipment, and daily operations, ensuring every boat tour meets a consistently high standard.
Component Three: Monitoring & Feedback (GSTC A1/A3)
We built an automated platform to collect visitor feedback and track real-time environmental data, driving continuous improvement.
Component Four: Safety & Crisis Preparedness (GSTC A11/A4)
We drafted comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), water safety guidelines, and emergency evacuation plans. Safety is our absolute priority.
Component Five: Environmental Education (GSTC D1/A8)
We educate visitors on "Leave No Trace" principles and local ecosystem dynamics, turning tourists into active protectors of nature.
Component Six: Legal Compliance (GSTC A7/A10)
We strictly adhere to conservation laws, secure proper licensing, and respect labor codes to maintain a clean, fully compliant operation.
Component Seven: Local Livelihoods (GSTC B1/B2)
We created low-impact tour packages led by local entrepreneurs, ensuring tourism revenue stays in the village and directly benefits the community.
Component Eight: Post-Tour Protocols (GSTC A3/D1)
After every trip, we systematically clean and inspect equipment while logging operational data to preserve both our assets and the natural environment.
The Chibati Story: A small village powered by a strong, structured system.
Let’s shape the future of Net Positive Tourism.
People. Places. A more sustainable tomorrow.
